The living room is well equipped - as is the whole house. Two three seater settees convert to fold-out futons to provide comfortable lounging and sleeping. There is a TV and DVD which plays CDs too in surround sound.

Outside the front door is a beautifully set patio area with a view down the garden. A great suntrap to drink wine all afternoon.

There are a number of DVDs to watch but please feel free to bring your own. There are also books and leaflets of local interest. If you get engrossed in a book, please take it with you but leave one to replace it. That way, those hours spent whiling away lazy afternoons are enjoyed by everyone.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped. There is a fridge with a small freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, all crockery, cutlery and cooking pots & pans. There is even a turkey roasting tin if you're there at Christmas or on a Sunday for the Sunday roast!

All rooms have warm radiators which provide good warmth to keep out the cold in winter and are controllable.

Both bedrooms have double beds with choice of king-sized quilt. There is also a large chest of drawers as well as side tables, lamps, and a radio/CD player.

Water is heated as and when you need it so you can always be assured of hot water for a long soak!!

The bathroom has a good sized bath for relaxing in. There is, of course, a toilet and wash basin as well as mirror and shaver point. In the Summer Kitchen there is a shower unit.
